The project involved earthworks (80,000m2 bulk strip, 300mm top soil, 12,500m3 cut to engineered fill with landscaped contours.
A total of 2,150m of new sewer system was installed.
Stormwater, including 1,100m3 soak pits and associated manholes was installed and water reticulation to the development.
8,000m2 of new pavement, including cul-de-sac, ROW and narrow roads were constructed, together with 2,000m2 of new footpaths and associated berms.
Schick also completed the Selwyn District Council approved planting and tree pit installation.
