As a company, Schick Civil Construction is committed to give back to the communities where all live and work. This is reflected in our purpose of “benefit to all who contribute,” and is why we actively support local community activities, youth sports teams, and many community projects.
A great example of this support is our sponsorship of the Schick Civil Waikato Rowing Club. The Club has a mantra of “growing great people in the community through the sport of rowing”, which complements our own mantra of “building communities from the ground up”. Together we are inspired to foster excellence at all age levels, both in rowing and in life.
With the busy 2022/23 rowing season now upon us, we are excited to see the athletes and crews in action, delivering excellence, and demonstrating leadership, both on and off the water!
Racing kicks off at the end of this month at the Te Awamutu Regatta and again in November at the Waikato Club regatta.
