Staged civil works to create 152 lot residential subdivision. The project involved:
- Site clearing
- Earthworks and land contouring
- Stormwater infrastructure (1050 – 1200 dia manholes, up to 3.5m deep, 225mm – 1050mm uPVC, RCRRJ pipework up to 4m deep, junctions and catchpits)
- Wastewater infrastructure (1050ia manholes up to 4m deep, 150mm -225mm uPVC pipework up to 4m deep and junctions and connections)
- Watermain (services connection, toby’s hydrants and valves)
- Utility services trenching and ducting
- Retaining wall construction
- Roading (sealing, signage and marking)
